A Simple Guide to Faster Shipping
Learn how to use SNS Express's pre-alert system and save time!
Shopping from your favorite online stores like Amazon, Shein, or eBay is exciting, especially when you're using SNS Express to ship internationally your purchases to the British Virgin Islands. But did you know that you can speed up the shipping process and ensure a smooth delivery by pre-alerting your package?
Pre-alert your packages and get them delivered to the BVI faster than ever before.
If you're new to the pre-alert system or simply looking for a quick guide, you're in the right place! Here's a friendly step-by-step guide to using SNS Express's pre-alert system so your packages are processed faster.
A pre-alert lets SNS Express know that your package is on its way to our Miami warehouse. By providing us with key information like the tracking number and details about your order, we can use that information once your package is scanned after the delivery. This way we can get it to the British Virgin Islands without delays. It's like giving us a heads-up to get things moving faster!
Before you start the pre-alert process, make sure you have the following information:
This is provided by the store or seller where you made the purchase (Amazon, AliExpress, etc.) when they dispatch the package to our warehouse in Miami.
This shows the total value of your purchase and details about the items inside your package. You will find it on the order details, and you can download or take a screenshot of it to attach it to your pre-alert. Please note that in the British Virgin Islands, attaching your invoice is required for customs processing!
The first step is to log in to your SNS Express account on our website. If you haven't created an account yet, it's easy to sign up and get your account ready.
Once you are logged in, find the "Pre-Alert" section in your dashboard. This is where you'll input all the details about your incoming package.

Now it's time to fill in the important details:
Attach the invoice for your order; this will be needed for customs clearance.
Enter the tracking number provided by the seller (you can find it on your order details or the track section of your order). This will help us identify your package once it arrives at our Miami warehouse.
Here you add the name of the store where you purchased the items (Amazon, eBay, Shein, etc.).
Input the total value of your order as shown on the invoice. This is crucial for customs processing.
Add a brief description of the products in your package. For example, if you ordered a dress and shoes from Shein, you can write "Clothes & Shoes".
Once you've entered all the required details, hit the "Submit Pre-Alert" button. And you're done! Now SNS Express is ready to process your package when it arrives at our Miami warehouse.
Your package has been pre-alerted and will be processed faster when it arrives.

Each package needs to be pre-alerted individually with its own tracking number and details.
You can contact our customer service team to help correct any information in your pre-alert before the package arrives.
Pre-alert as soon as you receive the tracking number from the seller. This gives us the most time to prepare for your package's arrival.
